Anne, I am Fran Provost, Joe McManus is one of my uncles. I received a link to your post from a second cousin of mine Joe’s granddaughter, Jennifer McManus Panizo. All your information is wonderful news. My Uncle Joe is your cousin then also is my Mother, Kathleen McManus Provost of Framingham MA.Now Deceased. Small world.And I guess we are second cousins – Correct?
I would think so! Second cousins! Wow! Glad you enjoyed the info. I’d saved it from what Mom had told me over the years. The National Archives are super about helping, too. Mom passed on in 2006 (Dorothy Celestine Westcott Talbott). I’m now starting research on the Lynch part of the family, Mom’s Mother from Drogheda, Ireland. 🙂
